Our menu is a mix of raw and cooked pan-Asian vegetarian food, with an emphasis on using principles of balance and seasonal produce. We use locally sourced organic ingredients wherever possible. At Yong, we serve predominantly organic vegetarian food prepared according to ying and yang principles and using eco-friendly methods as much as possible.
